eLoad Hydration is formulated for before and during activity. It helps endurance athletes with hydration and maintaining electrolytes lost through sweat during activity. Prevent cramps with your desired flavour: Lemon, Orange, Berry, or Strawberry! If being made in Canada isn't enough, eLoad products are also vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and nut-free! Recommended for adult consumption only. Consume by adding 1 scoop into 500mL of water, and shake or stir to mix. If you are in a hot climate or are naturally sweatier, add Zonecaps to your drink to increase your electrolyte intake even more!
