Step 1 Primer Shine Control is a mattifying base, with a velvet finish. It instantly refines skin texture. The perfect skin perfector for an all-day performance!
On clean, dry skin, apply your usual day cream then apply the STEP 1 PRIMER - SHINE CONTROL using your hands. Start applying product to the middle of the face then work to the outside in very light movements.
Then apply the foundation from the center of the face outwards to smooth the skin texture and correct any imperfections.
